Event History

The initial “Corporate Events Idea Expo” was held in March of 2006. The idea was a good one and for the most part, this idea was welcomed and well received by the event industry. The execution was good. The event was beautifully presented, and had a nice assortment of paying vendors. The general feeling in the industry was that with some ”tweaking” this expo had enough support to become successful and two were being planned per year. We feel the industry only needs one expo in this area per year

If We Build It... They Will Come

In our new approach, in addition to the expo, we plan to spend our time and money in offering professional speakers and educational seminars in a one-day education conference/expo that will be endorsed and credited by the industry organizations such as MPI, NACE, and ISES.

We plan to accomplish this with the help of major event sponsors who will help cover the cost and expense to bring in these speakers. We want to bring the “pros” to Michigan, and unlike the other major educational conferences and expos that are booked in a different state each year… we plan to retain the event and the funds in Michigan.
